If Mailing Systems Inc or the manufacturer is at fault, Mailing Systems Inc will send you an ARS label to return the product free of charge. Call Mailing Systems Inc’s Customer Service at 1-877-251-8604 for the return label and for help obtaining a replacement item. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
